Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Live screen.
Click the Create New Live button. Doing so opens the Create New Live screen.
Here, name your live stream using the Live Name field.
Select the type of stream using the Type dropdown.
Select the start date for the live stream using the Start date selector.
Once the required selections are made, click the Create button.
This takes you to the Edit Live screen. The details of the live stream are recorded via two sections that include Basic Information and Participants Management.
Basic Information
Here, the type of the room and link for the room are displayed in a read-only view.
Use the Live Title field to edit the title of the live stream.
Select the status of the live stream using the Status dropdown.
Use the Internal Name field to set an internal name for the live stream.
Use the Courses and Tribes dropdown in the Restrict Access to choose the course(s) and group(s) you want to restrict access of the stream to.
If you want to create a post for this live stream in the group, mark the Create Post checkbox.
Use the Max Participants field to enter the maximum number of participants you want to allow in the stream.
Use the Start At and Expires At date/time selectors to select the duration for which the stream will be active.
In case you want to include a pre-join interface, enable the Pre-Join Interface toggle button.
If you do not want to set it as a big room with more co-hosts and participants, disable the Big Room toggle button.
In case you do not want to enable chat for the stream, disable the Enable Chat toggle button.
To enable screen sharing for the stream, enable the Screen Share toggle button.
In case you do not want to start the stream with video off, disable the Start with Video Off toggle button.
In case you do not want to start the stream with audio off, disable the Start with Audio Off toggle button.
If you want to automatically publish the recording of the live stream, enable the Auto Publish Video Records toggle button.
Select the language of the interface from the Interface Language dropdown.
Once the selections are made, click the Participants Management tab.
Participants Management
From this section, choose the user(s) you want to include in the live stream as participant(s).
As the selections are made, click the Save button to save the live stream.
To start the stream, click the Start button.
