How to Create a Cart?

Ulama > Left Navigation Bar > Sales > Carts

  1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Manage Carts screen.

  2. Click the + Create Cart button. Doing so opens the New Cart popup.

  1. Here, enter the name of the cart in the Cart Title field.

  1. Once entered, click the Create button. This creates the cart and opens the steps for cart configuration.

Basic Details

In this section, the name of the cart is displayed in the Cart Name field.

Enter the internal name for the cart in the Internal Name field.

Enter any notes to be visible to the customers in the Note textbox.

To mark the cart is private, mark the This cart is private checkbox.

To show billing address, mark the Show Billing Address checkbox.

To display contact number, mark the Show Phone Number checkbox.

Click the Browse button to upload an image from your system storage.

To enable terms and conditions, mark the Enable Terms and Conditions Checkbox.

To enable test payment, mark the Enable Test Mode checkbox.

Once the required selections are made, click the Products Management tab.

Products Management

Select the courses customers will have access to from this cart using the Courses dropdown.

Select the social groups your customer will have access to using the Social Groups dropdown.

To enable after a specific date, mark the Enable postdated access checkbox.

To restrict access to a specific number of days, mark the Enable days limit checkbox.

Once this is done, click the Pricing Information tab.

To edit the price, click the Edit Price button.

Select a payment method you want to use for this cart using the Payment Methods dropdown.

Click the Limit and Access tab.

In case you want to set an expiration date for the cart, mark the Enable expiration date checkbox.

To limit purchase quantity, mark the Enable limit purchase quantity checkbox.

Once done, click the Purchase Behavior tab.

In case you want to send an email to the customer in case they do not complete checkout, select the time after which the email will be sent using the Card Abandonment dropdown.

In case you want to send a thank you email after purchase, mark the Send the member a confirmation email checkbox.

To generate a discount coupon, mark the Generate a Discount coupon checkbox.

In case you want to redirect the user to a thank you page upon checkout, mark the Send the member to a thank you page checkbox.

In case you want your team to be notified upon a purchase, mark the Send a notification to your team checkbox.

In case there is a third-party integration involved, mark the Send the member to a third party email provider checkbox.

To activate the cart, enable the Cart Active toggle button.

Once the required information is recorded, click the Save button.
