Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Manage Customers grid.
Click the + Create User button. Doing so opens the Add New User screen.
Here, enter the name of the user in the Full Name field.
Enter the email address of the user in the Email field.
Use the External ID field to enter an external ID for the user.
Once the required information is filled, click the Create button.
This creates the user and takes you to the user details screen. Here, details of the created user are recorded via 5 sections that include Basic Informations, Course Management, Channel Subscription, Statistics Detailed, and Order Management.
Basic Informations
In this section, basic information about the user is recorded.
The name of the user entered while creation is populated in the Username field.
The email entered while creating the user is populated in the Email field.
Enter the contact number of the customer in the Phone field.
Enter the external ID of the customer in the External ID field.
In case you want to change the password, enter the new password in the Change Password field.
For confirmation, re-type the new password in the Repeat Password field.
Click the Course Management tab.
Course Management
In this section, all the courses you have created are listed.
To enable a course, mark the corresponding checkbox.
To suspend a course, mark the Suspend checkbox.
To enable trial, mark the Enable Trial checkbox.
Select the enrollment date for the customer using the Date of enrollment date selector.
Select the end enrollment date for the customer using the Date end of enrollment date selector.
Once the required course(s) are enabled, click the Channel Subscription tab.
Channel Subscription
Like the course management section, the created channels are listed in this section with corresponding checkboxes one each for Approved and Blocked.
In case you want to approve the user for a channel, mark the Approved checkbox.
To block the user from a channel, mark the Blocked checkbox.
Click the Statistics Detailed tab.
Statistics Detailed
In this tab, the detailed statistics for the customer are displayed.
Information for each course’s statistics is tabulated via three columns that include Title, Hours, and Percentage.
To view order management, click the Order Management tab.
Order Management
In this tab, the order(s) placed by the customer are displayed. Information is tabulated via various columns that include Date, Type, Status, Product, Value, and Paid.
To login as the selected customer, click the Login As button.
To open the public profile for the selected customer, click Open public profile.
To disable the user, click Disable User.
To add a new order for the selected customer, click the +New Order button.
To save the recorded details, click the Save button.
