How to View Customer Settings?

  1. Upon successful login, click Settings from the bottom of the left navigation bar. Doing so takes you to the Site Details screen.

  2. From the left navigation bar, click Customer Settings. This takes you to the Customer Settings screen.

  1. Here, set the seller behavior from the Sellers behaviour about customers dropdown.

  1. In case you select Sellers can see all customers from the Sellers behaviour about customers dropdown, select the seller behavior regarding customers orders using the Sellers behaviour about customers orders dropdown.

  1. In case you want the Phone field to appear on the sign up form, mark the Show Phone field checkbox.

  1. The custom fields added are displayed in the Custom Field section. To add a custom field, click the Add field button. This takes you to the Create custom field screen.

  1. Here, enter the label for the field using the Label field. As it is added, the added label is auto-populated in the Name field.

  1. Select the type of custom field using the Type dropdown.

  1. In case you want to add a note for the user, enter it in the Note for user field.

  1. To include a validation for the field, select the validation from the Field Validation dropdown.

  1. Once the required selections are made, click the Save button.

  1. Once the required information is filled, click the Save button.
