How to Import Users?

Ulama > Left Navigation Bar > People

1. Follow the above-mentioned workflow to land on the Manage Customers grid.

2. Click the Import User button. Doing so takes you to the Import Customers screen.

3. Here, Ulama has kept a pre-loaded example CSV that you can download and fill in the required details with the acceptable format.

4. To download the sample CSV, click the Download Example CSV button.

5. To upload the CSV file from your system storage, click the Browse button.

6. As the file is selected, the Select fields to import screen opens for you to choose the fields of data you want to import using the dropdown for each field.

7. Once the selections are made, click the Proceed button.
